Kèr Tmeribebu (Tmeri /ˈbebu/ [goal (objective); target] [dusk]) is a subtropical Town located in the Hij̼vuj Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.

The name Kèr Tmeribebu is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Tmeribebu was founded by Håch Parry Probert, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Tmeribebu has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Kèr Tmeribebu receives an average of 202 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Tmeribebu covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 4678 m (15347 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Kèr Tmeribebu was founded durring the late 17th century in late summer of the year 1591, by Håch Parry Probert. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Kèr Tmeribebu was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Tmeribebu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Kèr Tmeribebu is is constructed arround a series of premissive paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

A look around Kèr Tmeribebu makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

Civic Infrastructure

Kèr Tmeribebu has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Kèr Tmeribebu. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Kèr Tmeribebu's natural decorations nor waterways.

Kèr Tmeribebu's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
